Madrassa Teacher Training

After years of experience in Islamic training it was noted that there was still a very serious lack of madrassa teachers in the Nairobi area. It was also noted that we had ladies who attained some formal Islamic education having the potential of imparting it to the others. Allah blessed us in creating this department for day scholars.

Alhamdulillah in March 2013 it was made a pilot project with 15 ladies to put it to test. We had our first graduation in December 2014 after having completed 5 school terms.

Our sister you feel you do have this potential to join us to attain the necessary teacher training skills enforced by a tailored curriculum and be able to educate our young generation.

Requirements

• Should know the Quran
• Should have passed Madrassa at least 2 years
• Should know how to read and write (English/Kiswahili)
• Completed primary school (bonus)

4. ·         Qiraatul Quran – Suratul Baqaraah to Imraan
5. ·         Lugha – Al arabiah baina yadaik book 1 and 2
6. ·         Akhlaq – Good and Bad Behaviours
7. ·         Fiqh – Pillars of Islam
8. ·         Seerah – Khulaasatu Nurul Yaqeen (From the Jahiliyah period to the death of the Prophet)
